Arçelik Beyond Campus brings your university learning to life through real-world business experiences. It offers a variety of learning and hands-on opportunities to help you develop both your technical and personal skills. In addition, networking events and visits to different Arçelik workplaces will give you the chance to expand your professional network and get to know Arçelik up close.

In short, Beyond Campus helps you grow today while preparing you for your future career journey.

Our online training sessions will be delivered by experienced professionals and subject-matter experts from Arçelik. During the in-person events, you will also be accompanied by expert colleagues from Arçelik.

Yes! Both the application and all training sessions are completely free of charge.

Training sessions will be held online via Microsoft Teams, while activities such as technical visits will take place in person at the relevant Arçelik locations. You can find event-specific details by clicking on the relevant event under the “Program Calendar” menu.

The online training sessions and other events will be conducted in Turkish.

Online training sessions are planned to start at 4:00 PM on the scheduled dates. For other events, the specific timing will be shared as part of the event planning process. In exceptional circumstances, the start times may be subject to change.

Yes. A limited number of slots will be available to ensure the best possible experience and maximize the effectiveness of the program and training sessions.

The program is designed for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students currently studying at Istanbul Technical University (ITU).

As the program has a limited number of slots to ensure a high-quality experience, eligible applicants will go through an evaluation process. You can find more details about the process under the “Application Journey” menu.

Applications that move forward in the process will go through the following steps: An AI-powered English video interview, a general ability assessment, and contacting candidates who successfully complete all stages to share an opportunity including program details.

After completing the interview, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, please contact info@onenewone.com.

We evaluate your CV, your responses to the competency-based questions in the AI-powered English video interview, your English proficiency, and your general ability assessment results together to better understand your skills, experience, and potential.

To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, sessions are organized based on a limited number of participants. Therefore, it will not be possible to attend the same session on another date.

No. As the training sessions will take place online only at the specified date and time, they will not be recorded.

Absolutely! All participants will receive either a Certificate of Achievement or a Certificate of Participation, depending on their attendance rate. Plus, your digital certificate will be shareable on LinkedIn.

The main difference between the two certificates is based on your attendance rate. Looking at your overall attendance across all online training sessions, excluding in-person activities such as technical visits, participants with an attendance rate of 70% or above will receive a Certificate of Achievement, while those with an attendance rate below 70% will receive a Certificate of Participation.

As certificates will be issued based on your overall attendance rate throughout the program, they will be sent within the week following the end of the program.
